Our in house shop painting division runs flawlessly much thanks to Gabe Baez. Gabe joined the Alpine team in 2012 and has been a very important asset ever since. He has had a heavy influence on our shop work ever since he started out as a helper. As Gabe gained more experience in the shop, he has moved up in the company gradually growing to the equipment manager, field liaison, and now shop manager. He also is certified as a NACE Coatings Inspector Level 1 and a Nuclear Applicator.

On a daily basis, Gabe manages all the projects that come through the shop doors and works with the team with different trades such as engineers, construction companies, and architects, most of which are looking to give their old equipment a face lift. Most importantly, he makes sure all shop jobs are done correctly and to the customer’s expectations.

On his spare time, Gabe enjoys spending time with his family and has an interest in cars. With Gabe continuing to keep up our high standards in the shop, Alpine continues to be a top player in the painting market.
