Prior to his current role, Jay served as a Supervisor for drywall and paint installation, overseeing the completion of over 350 homes in the DC, MD, and VA areas. He also gained valuable experience as a GC Superintendent, managing multifamily renovations in NJ, MD, VA, and FL. These experiences have honed his skills in project management, team coordination, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his family. His dedication to both his professional and personal life reflects his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects.
